This reissue Columbia House release on last version of the [l42484 label that began late 1981.
Released in a "legacy" cover that still included [l212870 logo, though no longer an actual series. 
"For Stereo Phonographs" is displayed on the top front of the jacket, but "This Monographic Microgroove Recording Is Playable On Monophonic And Stereo Phonographs " on lower back of jacket, whilst, confusingly, the labels state "Duophonic For Stereo Phonographs".

Titled on front as "Best Of The Beach Boys" and on jacket's back is titled as "Best Of The Beach Boys, Vol. 1" ...Label has the title as :Best Of The Beach Boys" ...

Bottom rear sleeve states: "Manufactured By Columbia House... Under License From Capitol Records, Inc."
