This is probably one of the "first batch" of "Abbey Road" U.S. first editions. 

The front cover has a small part of a square sewer located between Ringo and John's feet. The back cover features an Apple Records logo underneath the track listing for Side One. "Her Majesty" is not listed on the back cover.

There is a Capitol logo (script writing, not "C" logo) on side B on the vinyl label. "Her Majesty" is listed on the vinyl label.
