Notes:

In 1923 and 1924 Gurdjieff and de Hartmann worked on developing their jointly-composed music for public performances, played by orchestras in both Paris and New York. The performance scores survived and have been the focus of research by Gert-Jan Blom. 
With a 36-page booklet with an introduction by Anthony Blake and an essay The Music for Gurdjieff's Movements by Wim van Dullemen.
