Single LP and housed in a gatefold jacket with additional photos. Includes a bonus poster of the original Basil Gogos cover painting, a bonus black-light slipmat featuring the Fiend artwork, and glow-in-the-dark logos on the front cover. 
Features "Dead Kings Rise" and the hidden track "Hell Night." 
Audio is sourced from 192 kHz / 24-bit transfers of the original EQ'd analog master tapes and mastered by Levi Seitz at Black Belt Mastering.
