Printed inner sleeve with band photo on one side and credits, thanks and special thanks on the other.

Similar to the title with a black border stroke here [r2297375 however the Johnny logo on the bottom right of the back sleeve is smaller in diameter.

ThunderSteel was mixed exclusively on the AMEK APC 1000 Console.
