Labels and inner sleeve state the artist name as "Yaz" as on other US releases. "Sire" appears to the right of the logo on the center labels. 
Some sleeves had a "Yaz Contains the Hit Single "Situation" 1-23737" sticker applied over "Yazoo" on the front sleeve.
